Welcome to the Identity Theft Council web site (the "Service"), owned and operated by The Identity Theft Council LLC ("{tooltip}The Identity Theft Council{end-link}The Identity Theft Council LLC{end-tooltip}") a free identity theft education and awareness resource.

The Identity Theft Council may update and change the Agreement from time to time without notice to you. TERM AND TERMINATION.

The Identity Theft Council may, but has no duty to, immediately terminate the Service if The Identity Theft Council in its sole discretion if it concludes that you have provided false information in connection with your The Identity Theft Council use, are engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities, or are engaged in activities that may damage the rights of The Identity Theft Council or others.

In addition, The Identity Theft Council may immediately terminate the Service if you fail to abide by the terms of this Agreement.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site (collectively, the "Contents") are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by The Identity Theft Council Inc. collectively, and its subsidiaries and/or affiliates.
